Our Stockholm team is looking for professionals with ~1.5-3 years of consulting or other project-based, client-facing experience.

Who are you?

You've built your analytical foundation somewhere else: consulting, investment banking, private equity, or similar project-based work. You know how to structure an ambiguous problem, find and sanity-check the right data, and build the analysis, the Excel model, and the slide that move a case forward without much hand-holding.

You've likely already taken the next step: owning a workstream end to end, from planning and execution to briefing junior colleagues on the team, or you're ready to. You're the one who can field the detailed question in a client meeting, not just execute against someone else's plan. If you're already running the day-to-day of a case, defining the work plan and pushing the team toward an answer, even better.

We are looking for:

• Independent analytical ability, comfortable owning a workstream from planning to delivery

• A structured, curious mindset with a critical eye on your own and others' data

• Drive to take on responsibility, for your own output and increasingly for junior colleagues

• Solid communication skills, able to defend your analysis in front of a client

The position has the following requirements:

• Strong academic records

• Fluency in both Swedish and English
