Female Mentorship Program 2026
The Mentorship Program.
Our mentorship program aims to empower you as a female student by providing mentorship, case-solving training, and networking opportunities to help you succeed in strategy consulting. The program kicks off at our Stockholm office on April 21st and runs until the end of September. During this period, female students will participate and be paired with a female mentor
As a mentee, you will:
Gain key case-solving skills through interview prep with your mentor, apply them in a corporate case-cracking event, and receive personalized feedback
Get one-on-one mentorship with guidance and support throughout the program
Connect with fellow students and strategy consultants through social activities
Who can apply?
Female students graduating in 2027, 2028, or 2029
Fluency in both Swedish and English
The program is primarily for students interested in a full-time position after graduation. Previous work experience is a plus, but not required
Several events will be in-person only, so applicants must be based in Stockholm during spring and beginning of fall 2026
